SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - April 16, 2009 - ACULIS Inc., an industry innovator in custom software development, and quality assurance testing services, has acquired a state-of-the-art offshore development center in Chennai, India.

"Officially titled ACULIS India Private Limited, our offshore team will work hand-in-hand with the ACULIS USA team to augment and deepen our IT outsourcing resources," exclaims ACULIS CEO, James Stone. "Our goal is to provide a broader, blended-shore approach of our software application development outsourcing services at a competitive advantage and price point, without sacrificing the high-quality our clients expect from ACULIS," adds James.

Headed up by Managing Director, Ganesh Prabhu, the ACULIS India (AI) 4000 square foot facility houses a well-seasoned team of experienced senior-level software professionals with a long 4-year track record of development success. Prior to his position with ACULIS, Ganesh enjoyed an auspicious career as both Project Manager and Delivery Manager at prominent technology companies such as IT Factory and Cognizant.
