HoverMe, a new browser add-on, adds contextual social information about who you follow on the new version of Twitter. After you install the add-on, (which works with Firefox, Chrome, and IE) you can mouse over someone’s name on Twitter.com and HoverMe will bring up a window that shows links to that person’s profiles on other social networks and media sites.  See the full story on TechCrunch.
